Sponsorship Plan

The Board of Directors of the Long Island Chapter of PMI thanks you for considering sponsorship with the Chapter.  We value the financial and moral support of our partners.

The sponsorship offerings are described below:

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Platinum Sponsor - $2000
• Silver Sponsor - $1000
• Gold Sponsor - $1500
• Web Page Sponsor
• PMIslander Sponsor
• Be a Partner (link to partnerships)

• Logo and website link on PMILIC website for one year.
• Half-page advertisement in the Chapter’s Newsletter for one year (four issues).
• Chapter meeting sponsorship (one meeting). 
  •  Platinum sponsorship recognition in the monthly meeting announcements leading up to the sponsored meeting. 
  • Display table provided for sponsor to distribute company literature and demonstrate product information (currently, internet connectivity is not available). 
  • 20-minute presentation of company’s products and/or services to Chapter meeting attendees at the sponsored meeting (during dinner before the main speaker). 
  • Representative(s) from the sponsoring company will be given the opportunity to network with Chapter meeting attendees during dinner and the social time prior to the start of the meeting. 
  • Sponsor can provide door prizes for drawings at the end of the meeting. 

• Logo and website link on PMILIC website for three months
• Half page ad in the Chapter’s newsletter for 3 months (1 issue).
• Chapter meeting sponsorship (one meeting).
  • Silver sponsorship recognition in the monthly meeting announcement for the sponsored meeting. 
  • Display table provided for sponsor to distribute company literature and demonstrate product information (currently, internet connectivity is not available). 
  • 5-minute presentation of company’s products and/or services to Chapter meeting attendees at the sponsored meeting (during dinner before the main speaker). 
  • Representative(s) from the sponsoring company will be given the opportunity to network with Chapter meeting attendees for 45 minutes during the social time prior to the start of the meeting. 
  • Sponsor can provide door prizes for drawings at the end of the meeting.

Gold Sponsor - $1500

• Logo and website link on PMILIC website for six months. 
• Half page advertisement in the Chapter’s Newsletter for six months (2 issues).
• Chapter meeting sponsorship (one meeting).
  • Gold sponsorship recognition in monthly meeting announcement for the sponsored meeting.
  • Display table provided for sponsor to distribute company literature and demonstrate product information (currently, internet connectivity is not available).
  • 10-minute presentation of company’s products and/or services to Chapter meeting attendees at the sponsored meeting (during dinner before the main speaker).
  • Representative(s) from the sponsoring company will be given the opportunity to network with Chapter meeting attendees for 45 minutes during the social time prior to the start of the meeting.
  • Sponsor can provide door prizes for drawings at the end of the meeting.

PMislander Sponsor

Chapter newsletters are presently published quarterly  (March, June, September and December).   They are distributed in PDF format via direct email to our contact mailing list and they are also printed in black and white and available at monthly chapter meetings and conferences.

All materials included for publication in the PMILIC Chapter newsletter must be approved by the chapter newsletter editor, Bob Spera ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and the Communications Director, Jeffrey Stern ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) prior to publication.  Ads may include digitized graphics of company logos, URLs, and contact information as well as text and narrative descriptions of products and services.   PMILIC maintains the right to suggest edits, and refuse an ad for any reason.

PMILIC must receive total payment for sponsorship, along with all materials, logos and copy for website and newsletter, no later than thirty days prior to the publication date of the PMIslander and/or the agreed upon sponsorship announcement date.
