In this presentation, Charles will share valuable insights on how to develop and manage an effective change model.

Particularly, how to:
Avoid  the most common change management mistakes
Understand  a model for change
Define  the type of change currently occurring in the organization
Manage  ourselves and others during organizational change

Brief Biography:

Charles Caccia is the Vice President of Database Development at American Student List (ASL), a database company located in Mineola, New York. A 15-year employee, he is responsible for the contracting and managing of data sources, providing for the acquisition of data for the company’s 130 million record database.
A graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training Program in 2002, he immediately became an active Class Coach. Charles served numerous classes in this capacity over the next 3 years in preparation to become a Certified Trainer. In 2004 he received his trainer certification and has instructed the Dale Carnegie Course in both the public and corporate sector. Additionally, Charles has been an active participant in the training of Class Coaches.
