About Us

The PMILIC Agile User Group meets on the first Thursday of each month (excluding Jan, July & August), to present and initiate discussions on Agile topics, and to network with other professionals interested in expanding their skills and knowledge of everything Agile. In addition, the group facilitates Agile training events that are discounted for PMI members.

Meetings are held at Launch Pad Huntington, 315 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Huntington NY 11743.

Leadership

The group is led by Stephen Gristock, PMO Manager & Lean Agile Change Leader for Eliassen Group. He is a decisive results-oriented IT professional with a pragmatic approach to project delivery and process transformation. Having made a difference in multiple roles, I have a strong track record as a proven operational manager and change agent, with demonstrable expertise in multiple industry standard methodologies. Comfortable operating collaboratively or as an individual contributor, I have learned to navigate cultural and organizational hierarchies to achieve successful outcomes.

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), CMMI Lead Appraiser and Trainer, Six Sigma and ISO practitioner.
